Take a “sacred time out” during your Friday evening to explore contemplative practices that cultivate a heightened sense of awareness that can last a lifetime.

• Experience various meditation techniques and find the one that resonates with YOU.

The intention to be present, “sit with what is,” and experience the moment fully, is at the heart of ALL yoga traditions. Learning how to nurture the act of stillness and focus is the key to this profound practice. Let’s take the stigma out of meditation and you will find that being in charge of our attention is not as hard or as complicated as we have made it -- it is our natural state of being and it waits for us.
