Six week Yamuna Body Rolling Transformation
Yamuna Body Rolling is self release on a 9 inch ball. All equipment required for the course is provided. You will also have an opportunity to purchase Yamuna balls and foot tools if you desire, however it is not obligatory.

Class meets weekly on Saturday mornings for 90 min from 9am until 10:30am. If you know you will miss a class, you will be given credit for a free make up class. Email with question
