Ski & Snowboard Retreat

A 5 day retreat combining yoga with skiing / snowboarding in the legendary resort of Chamonix Mont-Blanc. We’ll organise transfers from Geneva airport, bring you to a luxury Alpine chalet with stunning views of the Mont Blanc massif & spoil you with delicious, healthy food, a massages, wine tasting evening & daily excursion to the slopes

Full Description

Your passionate and experienced instructor for this retreat; Aimée Garcia-Marshall, will guide you through various dynamic Vinyasa sequences and help you find your edge with some empowering Rocket practice. This retreat includes a Tips’n’Tricks workshop, in which Aimée will spend time breaking down Asanas to help you gain a deeper understanding of various arm balances and inversions, as well as give you some handy tricks to integrate into your own practice.

We will organise any ski passes or equipment hire you may need, so there will be nothing for you to worry about except enjoying yourself in the spring snow surrounded by breath-taking scenery.

This retreat includes:

- A full body welcome massage
- 5 nights accommodation in a beautiful chalet
- Healthy and delicious meals. Breakfast, snacks and dinner (apart from a free evening to enjoy a meal at one of the fabulous local restaurants)
