Yin Yoga is a powerful tool of regeneration, designed to release tension in the muscles and work deeply the body’s connective tissues. This slow-pace type of yoga is also a unique way to develop a mindful relationship with yourself, as you take time to go within and witness the body's sensations and subtle movements. This practice brings space and hydration to an overworked or tight body, it CLEANSES and REJUVENATES at a cellular level. More broadly, Yin provides a safe space to unwind and soothe our nervous system from the very active pace of modern life style and allows to let go of deep layers of hidden stress and other types of holding.
