Soma - A Yin Yoga Immersion

SOMA is a 2.5h Yin Yoga immersion offering a mindful journey through the body, with the support of breathing exercises (pranayama), meditation, YIN Yoga asanas, and a guided yoga nidra to seal our practice.

Full Description

This immersion will be inspired by autumn and the soft feeling of introspection that comes when we shift to colder months, shifts that manifest in our bodies, moods and health.
In Traditional Chinese Medicine autumn is linked to the metal element, associated with the Lung and Large Intestine meridians, it's a time of transition, a time of letting go in order to create fertile ground for the new. This Yin Yoga immersion will therefore provide an opportunity to truly embrace and nurture this time of slowing down and the beginning of the inward, cooling season of yin. It will target the lung and large intestine meridians (upper body as well as breath) and help regulate any imbalances that are present.
