An 8 wk course, that will take you on a journey to get connected with the song in your heart. This song that influences who you are, what valuable to you and what matters most in life. We will explore and learn how to occupy the physical, mental, emotional and energetic spaces simultaneously leading to a deep sense of wholeness. Open to All.

Within each of us there is a song. We are a scared instrument that consistently needs to be tuned and through this tuning we learn our note and unveil the song in our hearts. This song leads us to live an inspired life in all ways: health, career, family, relationships and more. Alongside this song every human has a note that has a tone and strengthening and aligning this tone brings deep inner confidence. Through the intelligent and sophisticated practice of Naam Yoga and Meditation we will harmonizes our instrument, the physical, mental, emotional and energetic bodies and with courage and grace strengthen our inner tone and song.

Naam Yoga, is a language of yogic movement, breath, rhythm, vocal vibration, stretching, acupressure and mudras (hand postures). A joyful practice that powerfully offsets the stress of modern day through its unique impact on the nervous system, brain and heart. Naam Yoga and Meditation reduces emotional and mental fatigue, relieves anxiety and depression and slows down the aging process and more. A practice for people of all ages and abilities, providing radiant health and vitality.

What you'll learn:
