Full Description
This is an open level class, where we will practicing to music from the 50"s, 60's,70's and even 80's. This month we will practicing to the sounds of Billy Holiday. Bring a soft breath and fun Yoga practice to the melodic sound of Billy Holiday. No experience is necessary. All you have to do is bring yourself. Materials will be provided for you free of charge. After class, schedule a Thai Massage session. This is an upbeat and fun class.
