Sound Healing and Meditation
Sound healing has been a practice for over 5000 years, and for good reason. The song of the Quartz crystal bowls, Himalayan bowls and gong carry rich audible tones and invisible frequencies that work both above and below our awareness.

Enjoy a relaxing experience that can bring incredible calmness, quietness, and clarity to the mind. Meditating to the sound vibration you need do nothing other than remain awake while deeply relaxing the body.
For this program no experience necessary.
We live in a fast paced society. The world is not slowing down, but we can. Take this time for yourself to rest and recharge. You'll leave a lot more relaxed than you arrived. Yes, you need this.
Your guide Emily is a yoga teacher and a certified yoga therapist (I-C-IAYT). She also received extensive education and certification in Vibrational Sound (C-VSA).
Please no perfumes/colognes. Blankets, chairs and bolsters are available for your comfort. Arrive well hydrated and bring water.
