They will offer a gentler experience this evening by employing the human voice, guided imagery, bells and over a dozen crystal quartz and Tibetan sound bowls, in a deeply therapeutic and relaxing two hour practice. You’ll leave feeling rested and rejuvenated, ready to enjoy the holiday season from a centered place. Wear comfortable clothing; yoga mats, blankets, and pillows provided.
