SOYA RYT 300 hr Advanced Upgrade Yoga Teacher Training- 1 of 2 Modules

The SOYA 300 hour Yoga Teacher Training Upgrade Immersion is rich with daily practice in pranayama, asana, meditation and philosophy.

SOYA's masterful, highly trained faculty offer a uniquely individualized, deeply transformative teacher training. The 300 hour Immersion is rich in daily practice of pranayama, asana, meditation and philosophy study while expanding and developing teaching skills. Two modules required - this October retreat in AB, and one in BC in April.
Save $300.00 and register before August 15th and pay $1750 plus gst per module. (Total program $3500 plus gst) . Register after August 15th and pay $1900 plus gst per module. (Total program $3800 plus gst). Payment plans are available.
Meals and single rooms are provided for extra costs.
Each module for the teacher training immersions includes detailed instruction and practice in various styles of Hatha Yoga such as Ashtanga, Sivananda, Flow and Yin. We enjoy a variety of daily morning and evening meditations, mantra, chanting, and pranayama. SOYA is known for its indepth study of yogic philosophy, along with group review and discussion to shed light on the written philosophical assignments.
Afternoon sessions include explorations in Ayurveda, Anatomy of Movement in Asana, Yoga for Post Traumatic Stress, Prenatal Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Full-Body Mudras and more. Students develop their teaching skills throughout the entire program.
Upon completion of the second module there is a written exam and practical exam. Graduates will receive a 500 hour certificate and be eligible for registration with Yoga Alliance as a RYT500 (Registered Yoga Teacher – 500 Hr). All SOYA 500 hour graduates are eligible to apply for Full Teaching Membership with the International Yoga Teachers’ Association.
