Arrive between 3:00 - 6:00 pm on Friday
Plan to depart between 1:00 - 3:00 pm on Sunday
We will discuss ways to let go of the need to control outcomes, recognize our own addictive behaviors and patterns, and learn how to practice self-care without guilt or shame. The yoga and meditation practices are appropriate for ALL levels and for everyone. Some group discussions will focus on the process of recovery and the bridge to a more loving and healthy way of life.
What’s included for weekend guests: 2 nights lodging at Spirit Fire Retreat Center, all meals and snacks, daily gentle yoga and meditation; optional power yoga session
