The outline for the day looks like this(ish):
From 9.30am arrive & a cuppa
10.00am Start – Introductions and scene setting. What are we doing?
Yoga – we will wring out & massage the digestive system for a thorough spring cleaning, while creating a steadiness & presence to consciously prepare to renew.
Break
Personal development – finding balance in our lives
1.00pm Lunch
Yoga
Break and talk
Restorative/yin yoga to finish
4.00pm Close
We aim for you to go home feeling open (in body & mind), relaxed and with a few ideas to take away to improve your balance and wellbeing going forward.
What to bring on the day
Please come along with a mat (if you have one), a packed lunch, a blanket and an open mind.
Wear loose stretchy clothes.
