Spring De-tox retreats
Embrace the rejuvinating and vibrant energy of spring on one of our small group, (or private) May and early June retreats. Detox and clear out the heaviness of the winter months and prepare for the high energy months of summer. Step away from the rigours of everyday life and make some time for yourself.

We are offering these retreats throughout the month of May 2015. The retreat week starts on Sunday evening and ends on Saturday morning of each week.
We can offer these retreats at a daily rate of 120 EUR per day (minimum 3 days/ nights)

Our spring retreats offer two yoga classes per day, including yoga, pranayama, meditation and yoga nidra. Morning classes will be more dynamic vinyasa incorporating lots of invigorating, heart opening backbends and detoxifying twisting postures. Afternoon classes will be slower, designed more for detoxing the mind through gentle breath aware movement, visualisations and the deeply relaxing process of yoga nidra.
Detox your body with three wholesome vegetarian, or vegan (upon request) meals per day. Freshly prepared using ingredients from our own organic veg garden or locally sourced. The meals we prepare are tasty, colourful and very high in vegetables and whole grains, lots of creative salads and a variety of cooked evening meals; southern Indian curries, Thai curries, vegetable noodles, mousakka.
Your week will also include local walks to the reservoir (15mins) in the afternoons for very private swimming, and a special evening at the end of your week relaxing in the hot tub under the stars.
