If you are a seasoned yogi or new to the mat, come out of winter hibernation and join us at Slice for a 2 hours workshop to kick start Spring in a positive way.

The session will include asana (particularly twists and heart opening back bends plus core work, inversions and arm balances - don’t worry if you can’t manage everything- there will be modifications so you can find your level and even alternatives for you to work on), bandhas (energetic locks), kriya (cleansing practices), mudra (sacred gestures), pranayama (breathing) and a short yoga nidra (deep guided relaxation) to conclude.
We will start with an energetic practice (the “yang”) and move onto a softer and stiller practice on the floor (the “yin”) before enjoying the relaxation.
The session will include a detoxifying smoothie from Glo juice at the end.
