This retreat is an opportunity to step out of your day-to-day, and into a space of self-nourishment and detox. Escape, slow down and recover your energy. Embrace a new sense of wellbeing, and leave feeling refreshed with a new level of energy and happiness.

You’ll dive into new yoga therapy experiences, gentle yoga, and movement to music. With delicious cuisine, opportunities to immerse yourself in nature and Tarifa´s magnificent beaches, dips in the ocean, swims in the pool, this retreat will bring you a variety of experiences. There will be quiet time for spa treatments, personal reflection, solitude, time to simply do nothing at all as well as a conscious welcoming community to connect with. You have the liberty to decide your schedule to make this retreat uniquely suited for your personal desires, day by day. Something for everyone ~ breathe, rest, relax, move, dance, swim, journal, sleep, explore, restore. Your re-connection to yourself sanctuary will be spent at beautiful "Cortijo el Aquilón"

Each morning begins with meditation and Anusara ® yoga class, with free time during the day to relax or explore the area, followed by gentle yoga in the evening and a vegetarian ecological dinner. Your experience will be led by Inga Maria, who has 26 years yoga experience and speaks German, English, and Spanish.

What is Anusara®Yoga?
Anusara® yoga means "to be in the flow, flowing with grace, to follow your heart". Anusara yoga is heart-oriented, spiritually inspiring, and yet grounded in the Universal Principles of Alignment ™ or both the inner and outer body. It is a uniquely integrated style of Hatha yoga in which the artistic glory of the human heart blend magically with the scientific principle of biomechanics.
The Universal Principles of Alignment (the UPA's), a key part of all Anusara Yoga classes, help to deepen the understanding and application of kinesology and biomechanics and offer a powerful, simple and elegant way to weave metaphor and poetry into our embodied practice of Yoga.
