Full Description

We will have 2 yoga practices. The first will be dynamic and the second one will be restorative. Guided meditation and breathing methods will be explored as well. "Class time" to learn a little anatomy will deepen your appreciation of what your body does for you. And, of course, no day retreat is complete without a delicious organic vegetarian lunch! Only 25 spots available to maintain integrity and balance of energies.
