Hatha yoga helps in the management of stress and anxiety, promotes natural sleep, improves joint mobility and flexibility, strengthens muscles and restores energy. Hatha yoga restores the balance of body and mind, which can bring comfort and peace into our lives.

Tuesdays 7.10pm- 8.10pm – Get Down Dog, 62 Newhaven Road (on bus route 11). This is a regular weekly class. £5 drop-in. No need to book.

In each Hatha yoga class Carla incorporates asana, pranayama, meditation and relaxation with variations suited for the individual.
Every class is different, providing you with a broad range of strengthening, twisting, and lengthening techniques while exploring the way your unique body moves and feels.
