Michelle does an excellent job of breaking down each activity into a step by step process, enabling participants to gain a clear understanding of what they are lacking or needing in order to gain control of their goals. In just 2 hours I discovered the missing piece that will possibly help me realize my current goal. - Ann S., Executive Director
Goal setting is within my reach! I came into Michelle's workshop without any expectations of what my goal would be. I feel like my life has the potential to reach new levels of depth! My ah-ha moment: all things really radiate from a solid center so any goals I would set in other areas stem from a spiritual base, focusing on connection and transparency of goals. - Mary B. - local business owner

It is possible to start! I will keep using these activities to check in with myself and get my thoughts and dreams out on paper in a really visual way. - anonymous, international volunteer

Instead of taking time out of my day I was giving time to myself: my goals, my reflections, and a check in with my general well being. - Chelsea S., freelance writer
