Have you ever wondered if you’re doing Chaturanga the right way? Are you interested in flowing through your poses more fluidly? Whether you're new to yoga or you've been on the mat for years, breaking down the poses can deepen your practice and improve your experience.

In this 90 minute hands-on workshop, we'll help you with alignment, modifications and transitions for the poses in Sun Salutation A & B (downward facing dog, chaturanga, warrior one, chair pose etc).

Whether you're new to yoga, or you've been at it for years, we'll help you make the most of your practice!

Space is limited to 12 people, so register early to avoid disappointment.
