Do you need time away from your busy life to reset and recharge? Then this is the ideal opportunity to pause and indulge in a day of yoga and relaxation, with like-minded people.

Using the principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine, we will enjoy a detoxing spring yoga flow class to help waken the body and mind up from the hibernation of winter.

Set in the tranquil and inspiring World Heritage Site, New Lanark, this one day spring yoga retreat is designed to help you along the way towards good health. Using the principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine, we will enjoy a detoxing spring yoga flow class to help waken the body and mind up from the hibernation of winter.
After a light lunch, we will begin a calming and centring afternoon of meditation and yin yoga, before taking final rest for a guided yoga nidra. This full day retreat is the ideal opportunity to cast aside the dark of winter and welcome in the lighter and brighter months.
10am – 11.45am Welcome and Spring themed yoga flow class
11.45am – 1pm Lunch
1pm – 2.30pm Meditation and Yin Yoga class
2.30pm – 3pm Yoga Nidra
