Hike in the Shivapuri forest,
Visit Sleeping Vishnu temple
or optional extra holistic reflexology

Pema is a certified yoga teacher and her classes center on classic Hatha yoga asanas that are combined with a gentle vinyasa flow that is meditative and uplifting. Pema is known for her clear instructions and calming voice; she offers gentle assistance on proper posture and tailors her classes to the needs of her students. She emphasizes breath awareness and meditative movement with a focus on mindfulness.
