You can join for the full term, half term or during the term if a place is available. Fees are payable in advance to secure your place. You can try out a class first and pay on the day. By giving prior notice of classes that cannot be attended, any missed classes can be made up on another day during the term.
The classes are mixed ability allowing everyone to work at their own level, being small group classes individual attention is more readily available. The classes are 90 minutes long and consist of physical exercises as well as breathing, relaxation and concentration exercises. The benefits of yoga practice are: 1) strengthening and toning the body, 2) increasing flexibility and mobility, 3) focusing and calming the mind.
