Full Description

Spring is a time of renewal, rebirth and re-awakening. This gentle, nurturing retreat will encourage you to relax and unwind from those long winter blues, re-vitalise your physical body and tap into your inner source of joy and wisdom. Notice how the daily yoga and meditation practice revives your senses, listen to the call of the creative forces stirring within and feel yourself coming alive once more, as we enter into Spring - a rebirth of inspiration and the return of the light.

Typically, your day will start with an energising early morning yoga session, followed by meditation before breakfast. There will be optional activities before and after lunch; holistic therapies, coaching or 1-2-1 sessions are on offer at specially reduced retreat rates. Throughout the day you will have opportunities to explore the surrounding national park, just sit back and unwind, read a book, or socialise with fellow retreat guests if you wish. Before dinner, there will be a restorative yoga and meditation class, encouraging you to let go, relax and explore your inner world of peace and gratitude. The evenings are free for quiet personal reflection and integration.
