During the Sri Sri Yoga course that is taught in 12 hours spread over 6 days, certified teachers will train you to successfully postures, breathing techniques and meditations at home so that every facet of your life will continue to improve.
This course is ideal for all levels of yoga enthusiasts from absolute beginners to advanced practitioners.
