Full Description

Renowned international sacred chant artist and teacher Satkirin Kaur Khalsa will be in Manila on November 12, 2018 for an elevating evening of divine kirtan music.

Satkirin’s voice has been described as deeply devotional and she approaches her singing as a unique fusion of Latin and World rhythms with Western and Indian Classical Raag. Her music creates an effective means of healing the body through the soul and transports listeners into a deep experience of spirituality.

“The power of the sacred sound current is healing” Satkirin says. “It opens awareness, gives us confidence and help us change the world.”

She will be in Manila to conduct a weekend workshop to “Discover your Divine Voice” and culminate with a Sacred Chant performance.

Satkirn has released 19 celebrated Kirtan albums to date and is regularly featured on her internationally broadcast show “Jus Punjabi” on Time Warner Cable Network . Satkirin founded the Naad Academy of Gurbani Kirtan in 2013, teaching people globally with online and in person classes. As part of her mission to disseminate peace and service through music, she is a representative to the United Nations Department of Public Information for the NGO of Healthy Happy Holy Organization (3HO Foundation).
