Standing on your Arms
This workshop will explore the preparatory poses and actions of arm balances. Learn to do arm balances with lightness and ease!
Type of Event
Students with some yoga experience are invited to join us on Saturday April 9 from 1:00 - 3:30 pm.
$40 if payment is received by April 2. We accept cash or checks made out to Green Tara Yoga.
Arm balances help develop shoulder and abdominal strength and teach the body how to become compact and light. Enjoy a playful approach to standing on your arms. Open to Level 2 and 3 students.
