Steady, Calm and Inspired: An Introduction to Mindfulness Meditation
This class is a a basic introduction to mindfulness meditation. Lela Beem, the instructor, will spend about half the hour leading simple stretches and breathing practices to prepare for a guided 20 min sitting period. Cushions and chairs will be provided.

Three Saturdays, 8:30-9:30a. Come to one or come to all three. Pre-registration required.
$40 for all three or $15 to drop in. Pay by credit card online or at the studio or with cash/check at the studio. Pre-registration is required.
