For most of us this is the absolute opposite to what our bodies spend a large percentage of their time doing. We sit, we drive, we watch TV, we use our mobile phones & computers etc. All of these actions cause collapse in the front mid-body and often our breathing, maybe even our dreams/ambitions/self-esteem.

Backbends encourage us to physiologically open up the whole front-line of the body. From the feet all the way up to the crown of the head.

For most of us this is the absolute opposite to what our bodies spend a large percentage of their time doing. We sit, we drive, we watch TV, we use our mobile phones & computers etc. All of these actions cause collapse in the front mid-body and often our breathing, maybe even our dreams/ambitions/self-esteem.

In this workshop, come and enjoy the sensations of space and length in the torso, begin the process of opening up to what is possible on and off the mat, and importantly, find out how your legs will help you step forward with confidence.

Together we’ll explore the exhilarating backbends that juice up your energy and get the endorphins — the happy hormones — flowing. Both are key elements of stepping into the best version of yourself.

This workshop is not suitable for people brand new to Yoga or pregnant ladies.
