Our retreat will be a blend of the following
Slow Alignment based Vinyasa flow where I will offer poses in simple to more advanced options to give you choices of pose level, according to your strength, flexibility and energy levels.
Simple pranayama to move energy throughout your body and give your mind gentle focus.
Yin Yoga where we hold passive floor poses (at various guided stages depending on your body) encouraging deeper flexibly, opening the tougher fascia and connective tissues of your body.
Blissful guided mediations and mind declutter journalling.
