We’ve been in the pandemic mode for over six months. As the coronavirus continues to spread and lockdowns have become the new normal, what the future holds may be causing strong stress and anxiety and it’s difficult to maintain our sense of control and handle the problems we are facing.
Stress may manifest as any one of the following: fear and worry about your own health and the health of your loved ones including your financial situation and job; changes in sleep or eating patterns, difficulty in sleeping, mental health conditions, increased use of alcohol, tobacco or other substances.
Constant stress if left unresolved might lead to serious health problems like hypertension, anxiety, depression, obesity, and even cardiac death.
Join the seven-class Stress Release Kundalini Yoga series to help you cope with stress in a healthy way that will make you and your loved ones stronger, calm, and steady. The practice generates the inner energy to survive and thrive under stress.

The online kundalini yoga series is open to all levels, no previous yoga experience is needed. All you need is a laptop or mobile device for zoom, a yoga mat, a water bottle, and wear comfortable clothes.
The energy exchange is P400 per class or P2,520 for all seven classes. As soon as your payment is completed, you’ll automatically receive the details and link to the Zoom session via email.
