Following on from our first workshop we will run another workshop focussing on a number of elements. We all know that yoga is more than exercise, during this workshop we get to look at few types of breathing, yoga exercises that can help promote strength & flexibility in problem areas. we learn a different mediation technique to suit different styles. We learn to relax into the postures and we end with a restorative yoga nidra.
