COLLEEN & AMY met two and a half years ago when they started trading Yoga and Pilates. Through their shared attention to detail and their love and passion of the body, they quickly became close friends. Using their combined 22 years of bodywork experience, they are excited to share their knowledge and understanding of the body with you.
