Learn a few simple, easy moves to stretch out your spine, relieve tension. Learn what stress REALLY is all about! Then, learn a couple of simple guided meditations to couple the physical calm with a calm mind! No experience needed! (No Yoga postures are done in this workshop).
Bring a Yoga mat or beach towel for the floor, and water. That's it!
