Transition into a deep and juicy hip flow, to discover more ease in arm balancing and backbends.
Hip openers release stress and energetically, clear out the junk that no longer serves you.

Monique’s classes are known for helping all students, take safe baby steps into postures that are considered challenging.
This workshop is open to all levels except for complete beginners. It is £30 per person.

Monique accidentally discovered yoga 15 years ago and the relationship has blossomed ever since!
Teaching since 2005, Monique has studied with renowned teachers including Shiva Rea, Kathryn Budig and UK vinyasa teacher Claire Missingham. Monique has taught at leading London studio Triyoga. Monique’s classes are enriched with creative, dynamic sequences and playfulness. Students are encouraged to enjoy their own personal yoga journey. Always honouring individual limitations and practicing in a way that sustains long term health and wellbeing.
