Full Description

We will prepare and eat together 70% raw food and 30% cooked, delicious, nutrient rich living food. We will drink organic vegetable and fruit juices.
You will then be given the most contemporary information on nutrition, minerals supplements and superfoods available.
You will learn breathing techniques which alkalizes the body, supports and stimulate the liver and balance your emotional body.
The yoga package includes extended daily yoga sessions, guided meditations, walks and treatments.
Set in idyllic English countryside in a beautifully restored old house, high quality comfortable beds, shared and en-suite bathrooms. Our holistic retreat will leave you inspired and re-energised for many months to come.

A Typical Day:
08.30: Superfood and green juice
09.00-11.30: Morning breathwork, yoga and meditation class
11.30-13.30: Preparing food and eating yummy raw and cooked vegan lunch together
13.30-14.30: Silent walk, time for private consultation, a treatment or just chill out
14.30: Tea and raw cake/raw chocolate break
15.00-16.00: Healing living kitchen class
16.00-17.00: More treatments to pamper yourself/ free time
17.00-18.30: Evening yoga and meditation class
18.30-20.00: Food prep and delicious meal
20.30-21.30: Yoga nidra/meditation/movie
