Full Description

Yoga & pilates movements, pranayama, cleansing techniques & meditation will be employed to help us relax to a deeper and lasting exploring movement, breathing awareness and meditation to let go and relax - releasing tension and bringing us to a more satisfactory state of balance and wellbeing.
