Our retreat is itinerant, it will take you from the beach of Kovalam village to Auroville, from the quietness of the Afsanah Gardens to the vibrant Festival of Covelong Point.

Practice yoga and meditation on a daily basis in breath-taking settings, discover a culture that will get into your mind, body and soul, explore Auroville, the city of Dawn, dip in the sea, surf, meet and exchange with fisherman, organic farmer and artist communities, meet yogis, healers, musicians and people that will inspire your journey with a final celebration of yoga, music and surf at the Covelong Point Festival for 3 amazing days.


In 1999, at the age of 32, Rinat started to practice Ashtanga Yoga and that changed her world.
Until then she was a full time lawyer with a very busy and stressful job.
She has been authorized to teach the first serious by her teachers Graeme& Leonie Northfield.
since 2001 she teaches private sessions, groups of people and retreats.
During the last 5 years she manages a two years teachers training course authorized by the Israely Yoga association.

Rinat is an authorized thai yoga therapist and used to work with Cancer patients in hospitals.
Her main goal is to pass this gift forward, bearing in mind that breath, bandhas and drishti are the mile stones in this inteligent practice and at the same time allow the movement to be soft and appropriate to western bodies.

Divya Rolla is a professional dancer, Yoga which initially began as something that complemented her devotion to dance, soon took over her life.
She completed the teacher’s training program at the Sivananda Ashram in Madurai, spent time in Mysore studying Ashtanga Yoga under Saraswati Jois.
She is certified to teach yoga to children with special needs and pre and post-natal yoga. She is also a STOTT Pilates instructor.

Recognized international yoga teacher, certified Sivananda and Ashtanga teacher.
She teaches classes and workshops in China, Hongkong and India.

Sandra Schultze
Yogi, visual artist, running yoga events in France and India.
Her initiative”DoGood Yoga” was born to bring people together, share experiences and connect through Culture, Art, Music, Yoga, Well being products and Events.
Sandra will be on ground to accompany the journey.

Yotam Agam
Been running a production house in India since 2004, have an extensive network of musicians, yoga teachers and artists.
he is the Covelong Point festival director.
Yotam will be the local producer sharing his extensive network and experience.
