SUNDAY REST - Urban Retreat DayS
These RETREAT days are intended to provide a break from your busy lives, a day of self care, of pampering, and of taking you away from the pressing and, at times overwhelming demands that many of us face day in, day out, week after week.

8.30am - 4.30pm
The usual MONTHLY 10am YOGA & MEDITATION class is included in the day. This may be attended alone. $25 / $22. Bookings advised
Included in the day will be Meditation, Breathing practices, the usual 2 hour Asana class from 10am-12 midday, restorative yoga, Somatics, and deep relaxation or iRest. I am hoping that the gorgeous Sal Flynn - who some of you met at workshops she & I presented a few years ago - will also take part and teach MBSR segments of MINDFULNESS.
