Yoga combined with stand up paddle boarding gives you the perfect blend of spirit, body, and nature.
Practice yoga challenging your core, your balance and enhancing your yoga practice ending in Shavasana with nothing but the sound of the water lapping against your board and the sun on your skin. You will integrate a small group of max 6 people so you can get the most of the experience and the teacher attention.
