BODYROLLING

FRIDAY 7.00-8.30PM

Body rolling combines a great stretch, like yoga, with a great release like massage. You do it by rolling over a ball, specific routines follow the natural direction of muscle release.

Benefits:

Body rolling gives people of every age and physical flexibility the tools and information they need to take care of their bodies themselves.

STAND UP PADDLE BOARD (SUP) LESSONS

& SUNDAY 9-11AM

Learn how to SUP it is the latest craze! It is safe, great fun, and good exercise! Develop strong core muscles. Paddling strengthens your upper body muscles and standing strengthens the legs.

Exlpore Irelands beautiful coastline on a SUP the coastline from the sea is stunning!!!!

Jennifer is ASI AND ISA certified Stand Up Paddle Board and Surf Instructor. She completed the longest Stand Up Paddle ever to be done in Ireland…70 miles from Portballintrae to Bangor!!!

KUNDALINI YOGA & MEDITATION

SATURDAY 7-9AM

STRETCH, BREATH and MEDITATE…..If the weather is good we can practice on the beach and go for walking meditations to historical sites along the causeway coast!

Kriyas are practiced which are specific sequences of exercises for specific outcomes.
