I enjoyed EVERYTHING about this yoga teacher training.

"This training completely changed my understanding of yoga and my personal practice. We were taught may things including alignment, sequencing, speech, anatomy, how to get into poses, and how to teach. But what I liked the most was how to practice yoga in HEALTHY way. My confidence level as a yoga teacher has increased and now I know much better how to teach yoga to others. I highly recommend this training for all Yoga teachers." - Lucia
Get ready to inspire your teaching!
The 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training programs are a great beginning. Yet, most graduates of a YTT feel they would benefit from on-the-ground mentoring and further education especially once they find themselves in the "real" world teaching.

This program serves as that mentorship - you are out there teaching & stuff comes up. We are here to help you.

Have you ever been in a workshop or training and felt like there was too much information to absorb, remember and apply in the amount of time you have been given?

Yes, me too. With on-line yoga education you are offered an unparalleled format for learning, one in-which you have the ability to return to the concepts again and again. When you join, you will have lifetime access.

Upon full completion of this program you will receive 20 Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Credits and a "Yoga " Certification, an extra credential that will allow you to let studio owners and your community know that you have been trained in Sustainable & Safe Adaptations for EveryBODY.

She brings her knowledge and love of the myofascial lines into her asana teaching with a specific program for working with the connective tissue.

Part of her training and life path has been to deeply study meditation. She began study with Pema Chodron in 2000, Noah Levine in 2007 and George Haas in 2012. She completed 11 months of training in Vipassana with George through his Meaningful Life Program in Los Angeles.
