With over 18 years experience teaching Svaroopa® yoga in Westborough MA, Michelle brings her love and experience of this practice into all her teaching of asana, meditation, yoga therapy and Vichara(self inquiry).
She feels passionate about sharing this unique style of yoga with others at her own studio, as well as traveling internationally with Svaroopa® Vidya Ashram as a teacher trainer.
