In this workshop Andreas Loh want to introduce you to Tala Yoga. Tala Yoga is a dynamic system in which the asanas are executed fluently in harmony with the breath and to music specially composed for it called Yogatalas. The music will help you breathing in harmony with your movements - so your practice will become "art of movement".
The Yogatalas have the calm serenity of the resting heart rate and lead to a deep inner self. The conscious and careful listening to the breathing reduces stress and improves concentration. The new Tala Yoga asana sequences are built up systematically and challenge the body holistically.
In the second workshop you practice a regenerative training sequence in which you remain in any position for a few minutes. So you can relax your body dissolve old blockages and gather new strength for everyday life.
Andreas accompanies this process with his beautiful compositions live on the piano. The conscious listening to the music takes you to the inside of your thoughts and feelings and will carry out a mindful attitude to greater self-awareness. Because that's what yoga is about - to get to know yourself.
