Charlotte is an award-winning Nutritional Therapist, having received the CAM Award for Outstanding Practice 2012, as well as a 500 hour trained Senior Yoga Teacher. She has written five books, her latest being The De-Stress Effect (Hay House 2015); a practical manual to help the reader find what best suits their health to find best mood, energy, digestion, immunity, sleep and wellbeing.
