With the YogiGym Suspension Sling, clients at all levels can use gravity as their greatest tool to access his/her individual goals. By implementing simple, customized strategies, you can teach students to release muscular tension, increase joint mobility, enhance core development, improve coordination, and slow down the aging process…all while having a great time!

Instructor-trainees of The Suspension Yoga Teacher Training will learn fundamental tools and accredited formulas needed to teach group suspension classes in a safe, creative and fun environment. This course outlines both grounded and aerial exercises with multi-dimensional variations and grading principles. Strong emphasis is placed on integration of proper form, support, stabilization, and safety throughout the duration of each exercise.

Adding a Suspension Yoga Certification to your list of qualifications will enhance your professional recognition for being educated about leading training strategies.
