Our teen yoga classes encourage flexibility, strength, balance and coordination in the body. Through postures, breath, movement, and relaxation, teens will quiet their minds while focusing their attention, and building self-esteem and confidence.

Yoga is an ancient system of mind-body health that builds strength, flexibility and self-esteem. Yoga builds self-esteem in kids by fostering a noncompetitive spirit; teaches kids to respect, nurture and love themselves and each other. Yoga helps their bodies work more efficient by strengthening muscles, toning internal organs, tuning fine-motor coordination, improves posture and helps them sleep better. Yoga even helps kids and teens develop their emotional selves, live in the moment, focus on the task at hand and handle problems peacefully.
