Teenage Yoga & Meditation Courses
Classes designed specifically for adolescents are a great way to support teenagers to build confidence and self esteem whilst managing the growing challenges and pressures of day to day life during this time of mental, physical and emotional development.
During this time, adolescents experience immense changes that affect the body’s biochemistry and physiology as well as concentration, mood, self esteem, confidence as well as how they relate to themselves and others.
These classes are fun, open and relaxed and all students are made to feel welcome and supported throughout each class. Teenage Yoga & Meditation classes can be a great addition to sports training to support flexibility as well as strength building as Yoga stretching postures are highly beneficial in correcting this imbalance and in strengthening muscles that are not used in strength training.

Teenage Yoga & Meditation Courses are held during every School Term on Wednesdays from 4-5pm.
