Peel away layers of stress by using yoga props (blocks, blankets, pillows) to support your body in deep surrender. Restorative classes typically involve only 5 or 6 different positions that will gently stretch and twist your body as you relax. After this gentlest of practices, a guided meditation is offered. You'll leave refreshed and ready to enjoy your weekend. No prior yoga experience is necessary to enjoy this class. $10. All equipment provided.
