Instructor
Hi, I’m Anna. For last three years I’ve been living and working in Saraii Village Hotel in SriLanka as yoga instructor and massage therapist. I completed my Thai massage private course in “Blue Garden school” Chiang-Mai, Thailand in 2014 and the same year I’ve done 4 months “Auyrveda therapist” course in Ananda SPA Institute, Hyderabad, India. Only now I realize how important this step in my professional development as a yoga teacher was. The study of different body therapies brought me to the new understanding level of body↔mind connection and biomechanics. I’ve been using this beautiful knowledge for 3 years to help people rid of pain and stress and I’m looking forward to share my experience with you. Believe me, when your guests say: “God bless your hands” – you can really be satisfied and happy with the job you do!

During work-shop you will learn
• How to give full upper-body Thai massage: head, neck, shoulders and back
• How stretch, twist and acupressure relieves muscles tension and blocks inside the body
• Techniques for deep relaxation, which you can implement into your yoga class
