Lydia Smith, is an E-RYT yoga instructor, a FL licensed massage therapist MA75549 and has been teaching Thai Massage workshops and trainings ranging from 2hrs to 200hrs since 2011. Her entire adult life has been about exploring ancient wisdom from a modern perspective in order to deepen her experience and teaching of the vital living components of compassion, joy and peace through nonverbal listening.
